18/12/2017In 2017, Unity Foundation joined the Payroll giving network in Luxembourg, created by the NGO Padem. Payroll giving is a great tool with which employees of any given company can donate to an NGO straight from their pay. This can be done by only a group of employees or all of them, and in the end, the company can even match the donation made by their employees each month.
This is a great way to get involved with Unity Foundation and the work we are doing. The implementation of Payroll giving is completely free. The technical component needed to put it in place was developed by Padem in collaboration with Telindus and is easily and quickly installed together with the payroll department or Fiduciaire used by the company. The donations will appear on the individual salary slips and are tax deductible.
We are currently meeting with several interested companies to present the campaign. If you are an employee, an HR director or a company executive, and you are interested by this campaign, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to come and present ourselves and the Payroll giving campaign at your offices.
