With a new year come new challenges and, most importantly, new opportunities. In 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, UF was forced to change the way the office functions, by predominantly working from home for most of the year. For our organization, this mode of functioning has proven to be very effective, with a positive impact on productivity, quality of work and employee satisfaction. This led the board of UF to pursue a strategy to permanently implement a mode of functioning which combines home office and physical office presence.

For the past few months, we have been preparing our move to a new location, and since January 1st, we have officially moved into the co-working space The Office in Luxembourg-City.
