Like most of you, we have been saddened by the current situation in Colombia.

After more than 15 years of collaboration in the country, Colombia and its people hold a special place in our hearts. Over the years we’ve been able to witness the kindness, joyfulness, solidarity and resilience of Colombians. Ours has also been the privilege to support, even if to a small degree, the efforts of individuals and local communities that work tirelessly for the betterment of the land they so deeply love. 

In these difficult circumstances, our thoughts and prayers are with the Colombian people. Despite the unrest, we continue to be in close communication with FUNDAEC, our local partner to follow the situation.

It is our hope that peace and tranquillity will soon return.
