An unforgettable evening at the ING Marathon, featuring "Unity Run 42" with coverage by RTL
What an unforgettable evening! The spirit of friendship and fellowship radiated throughout the City as thousands of runners and supporters gathered for the event. A very special thank you to all the runners for your participation, enthusiasm, dedication and joy! For this 2023 edition, we had two kinds of initiatives: the UF-Linklaters team and “Unity Run 42”, our new discipline conceived specially for high school students.
This 2023 edition was marked by one of the largest UF-Linklaters teams with 48 runners! For more than 10 years, Linklaters has been supporting our partners, and the ING marathon has become a tradition in our beautiful collaboration.
Radiant UF-Linklaters team members.
We would also like to express all our gratitude to the 126 youth from Lycée Aline Mayrisch, the Ecole privée Fieldgen and the International School Luxembourg for joining us in this very first edition of the Unity Run 42! Special thanks go to our amazing volunteers who ensured the safety of the students; without them, none of this would have been possible.
When Erich François, founder and managing director of step by step, organizer of the ING Night Marathon approached us to launch this new discipline, we had no doubts that this collaboration matched perfectly with our vision to empower youth. We are very much looking forward to the 2024 edition and hope to welcome more schools.

We were overjoyed to have the RTL team documenting “Unity Run 42”. A special thanks goes to Lea Schwartz and her team for the wonderful report, which allowed us to share not only about this new discipline but also about our projects. You can watch the RTL report here.
