Over the years, our relationship with Linklaters has developed into a friendly collaboration, consisting not only of a substantial financial support, but also a regular exchange on our activities and the educational projects our partners are implementing all over the world.
On March 20th 2019, Unity Foundation had the pleasure of being invited once again to Linklaters, by their Community Investment Committee, to give them an update on our activities and tell them more about our project visit to Cambodia in 2018. Linklaters is one of our closest corporate partners, with whom we have a running team for the annual ING Night Marathon since 2012. With about 60 people in the room, Fernand Schaber and Yves Wiltgen presented Unity Foundation with our three lines of action implemented by our partners as well as our public awareness efforts in Luxembourg through our Mercy’s Blessing campaign. They underlined the importance of empowerment, ownership and community building in all our activities.

Fernand Schaber was then able to paint a more detailed picture of our partner CORDE in Cambodia, who he recently visited together with another board member, Paola Dumet. He shared some inspiring stories and outlined the progress that is being made by our partners and the local communities they are working with.

We would like to thank Linklaters for giving us this platform. It was inspiring to see the sincere interest in the projects they are so generously supporting. We are looking forward to continuing this great partnership for many more years to come.
